Interest demand for TDS (Q3 FY 19-20) has already been paid. But the TDS statement status showing "proceed with default".
What to do ?? Please guide..

Download justification report and check the reason for default, it could be any reason

Already done all of that. The demand was TDS interest for late deposit. Payment for the same has already been done three month before.
But the TDS statement status is "processed with default".

Have you considered that challan in return?
No, interest demand was raised after filling of return
Then you have to revise your return and add that interest challan in return
