One of my client wants to revise TDS return of FY 2008-09 but they do not have data of regular TDS return filled.. and they do not have receipt of acknowlegement no. of regular return filled.
can anyone guide me in this matter that how can i revise return in this situation?????
Hi Hardik, You can direct your client to visit to the TDS filing centre and request them to produce the required receipt nos., and acknowledgement. This would work if he has filed all the statements with the same centre regularly.
