Yes it can be downloaded but only in case you have entered all the details of two deductees.
I Have entered all the deatils of the teo deductees....It shows the error...
"Please Provide 3 distinct PAN"
Sir, you may verify all the details first PAN no. , amount , name all....then check it out..
Each and Every Single Details is Verified...But Still the same error is going on...And if i tried once more then it will exceed the attempts limit for a day....!!!!
MENTION ONE PAN TWO TIME AND TRY

hey i faced the same problem....
what u need to do is..
show any challan payment entry of one pan(show date wise one entry only not total payment of challan) than any challan entry of other pan.and if there are only two pans than show any of the same pan and any other payment entry of challan
eg..if there are two payments on a single challan than show one only and not in totality...(ONLY FIVE ATTEMPTS ARE ALLOWED in A DAY_)
