Dear Freinds
we have deducted the TDS under section 194J as mentioned below
TDS amount of Rs.750/- on 7500/- of advocate fee
but we have filed the return under 194C as mentioned below
TDS amount of Rs.750/- on 37500/-
This incident was happen in the year 2010-11
i request you to sugest how to rectify
