Tds return revision for 2008 2009

You can do it with the Income tax utilitties like FVU, RPU , In case you have DSC please check the online rectification method in your TRACES portal.

Use utility provided by Income Tax Department.

sir,  Before 2012, the tds returns filed by us was kept in the NSDL site. I hope, you have all details for this. Approach Integrated office for the same. With the help of DSC, it may be doenloaded by them only. First you have to give request for JR report and console file in your traces site. Locate the mistake. If your JR report is noted as 'contact assessing officer" then you have to go to income tax office to rectify the same. If you find any difficulty, pl contact me with details.I am a consultant.
