TDS Return Not accept by E Filing

Dear Experts,
I have filed Online Form 26Q, result showing Form 26Q submitted , but showing Not Applicable ......
I have submitted Form twice....
but still result same...showing Not Applicable.

plz advice What to do , can I submit TDS form offline...

Rejected/ Not accepted?

Reason can be challan payment date.

What is the date payment of tds for September 2023?

Is Tds filing for Q1 or Q2 ?

One of the reason for rejection is using old version of fvu file.
