now there is coloum in tds return

Amount paid credited  = ??????                             date = 30/07/2015

i think the return of salary i.e form 24Q is filed quarterly. and amount credited is the amount u deposit quarterly.

p.s. add last three month's TDS

Hi, Form 24 Q is to be filed quarterly basis.

The amount of salary on which the TDS has been deducted has to be mentioned in the column of Taxable Salary (ie Salary after deduction of Conveyance allowance, exempted allowances etc but before considering chapter VI deductions).

For employees whose TDS is not deducted, Taxable salary has to be mentioned but in the column of TDS zero is to be mentioned.

In case you have not mentioned the said employee you can either revise the earlier filed return to add that employee details or accordingly calculate and mention his Taxable salary in the current return keeping in view the disbursed monthly salary. This is to ensure that at the end of the year his Form 16 should show the correct picture for income earned.

Thanks,

Shloka

In my i t to be dedcuted monthly considering compuatation and monthly to be remitted in subsequent month before 7th and accoedingly quarterly return to be filed otherwise employer will be penalised CA PVVITTAL
Amt for the respective period only Rs 45000.
Show only amount paid in these 3 months. No need to mention previous quarter salary. Thanks
Entry to be only for which you have deducted and need not for previous quarter. Mainly you have take it for consideration in 4th quarter while you are issuing form 16
45000 is correct amount
