Tds return filled but raised demand in salary

dear sir,

we have filled our tds salary return
in which employee has some tds deducted in interest income which is part of computation of form 16,
balance tax after consider tds on interest we have deducted on total income , but tds return processed and send a demand not consider tds deducted on tds of interest income.

please suggest what to do
