If you have deducted tds then only you have to show the tds under 24Q but tds deducted by should not be shown in 24Q.

is it correct sentence
You may add deducted and paid

File correction Statement removing interest income and your demand will be nil

If employee has given declaration about additional income then it can't be removed just like that

It can be removed as we always do in most of our clients and no demand notice issued till date,

If it is so then one must inform the employee
There is no need to inform employee only correct 16A to be genrate
It appears in form 16 part-b also. So employee may oppose it

Why employee will opppose

When employee given declaration about additional income then it will be autopopulated to tds reports

What you want to say

There is no need for providing additional income other than salary in TDS return for Salary

Any other income reported by employee has to be considered..

It's not only salary, many employees submit housing loan interest certificate.

Housing interest has to be shown under loss from house property.
