Hello Everyone,
Our company is established in 2018 and but there were no oprerations from 2023-24 till now, So can we close the company in the current financial year.
But as per act it is saying that there is a condition of no opearations for last 2 years.
Also tell me that there is some admin expenses in the some other company so we would like strike off that one too,but incurred only app development expenses and no revenues from 2018, is that possible to close despite condition as per companies act 2013.
