Tds return filing

Dear all,

I filed TDS returns for F/Y 2011-12.While verifying the Quarterly statement status, it shows the status of Challan / Transfer voucher as MATCHING PENDING for 4 deductee records..

Could anyone please tell/explain me, what would be the possible errors for that match pending !!!! I did everything correctly to the best of my knowledge..

Please help me out ...
