Dear all,
Any extension in TDS Returns due date for Q1 2020-21..?
If yes pls share notification...

Quick Summary
The due date for furnishing TDS/TCS returns for Q1 and Q2 of FY 2020-21 has been extended to March 31, 2021. This extension is in accordance with the Taxation and Other Laws (Relaxation of Certain Provisions) Ordinance, 2020, as per Notification No. 35/2020 dated 24.06.2020. Previously, the due date was July 31, 2020.

There is no notification received yet...
but TDs return filing date for the first quarter is 31-07-2020

Till now no amendment in due date
TDS due date is upto 31.07.2020

The due date for furnishing the TDS statement for the first quarter of the FY 2020-21 gets extended to March 31, 2021 from the normal due date of July 31, 2020.

Qtr 1 tds tcs return due date has been extended till 31st march 2021 on 24.06.2020

Yes, Extended to 31st March 2021 as per Taxation and Other Laws (Relaxation of Certain Provisions) Ordinance, 2020 read with Notification No. 35/2020 dated 24.06.2020

The due date of Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q and 27EQ of Q1 & Q2 of FY 2020-21 has been extended till 31st March 2021.
