if the tax deduction of each month does not match with BIN view then what to do .. ?

when you try to match bin view you should consider ECS date. eg. if the salary bill for month of October is presented in October but the ECS is on November 1, then the tax deducted in October salary should be in November. if you're from Tamil Nadu you can call me
