Is there any tds in case of payments for import of goods from other countries

Specific means does goods purchase sale transaction attract TDS on first place ? Very new for me.
It would be great if you can refer something for me to read about this.

No. There is no TDS requirement for import of goods.

it is not applicable at the of impot but when you clear it form cfs agent then there are many services which may attract TDS provision.
