we don,t have tan no can we deduct TDS from employees salary or other related payments..

You need to apply for TAN if liability to deduct TDS arises.

thanks sir ....
we have certain employees which are coming under the income tax limit ...can I deduct the tax from him right now...

No. You have to apply first. TAN is issued within 10 days.

first u take TAN THEN U DEDUCT TDS
