Goodmorning..

A Ltd company makes a payment of interest to a govt. company for a loan taken. should A Ltd company take deduction of tax TDS while making payment to interest to govt company.

No in case the govt. company referred is any financial corporation established by or under a Central, State or Provincial Act,

OR such other institution, association or body or class of institutions, associations or bodies which the Central Government may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, notify in this behalf in the Official Gazette.
