IN AY 24-25 WE FILLED UNCLAIMED TDS B/F OF FY 18-19 AY 19-20 RS 22,XXX IN 1ST ATTEMP ORIGINAL ITR THEY REFUSED OLD TDS AND MADE RONG CALCULATION UNDER 234/C INTEREST AND FEES
AGAIN WE FIILED REVISED ITR AND TODAY WE GOT REFUND RS 23,870
DEPENDS ON AO WHO PROCESS YOUR RETURN.
WE FILLED ALL ITR OF PREVIOUS YEARS
I AM NOT SURE FOR PREVIOUS ITR NOT FILLED AND YOU ARE CLAIMINGTDS FOR UNCLAIMED TDS, YOU CAN TRY MAX IT WILL BE REFUSED,
YOU CAN FILE REVISED ITR FOR UNCLAIMED TDS UNDER SAME REGIME.
