Dear Sir

For the Asst.year 2012 - 2013 till now i have not received my TDS Refund amount 12970/- . Please advise how i can get my TDS amount and what should i do. I tried to request for Refund Reissue but unable to request and when i have checked through nsdl portal it is showing your assessing officer has not sent this refund to refund banker.

first check on NSDL refund, if refund issued and if money not received in account then at portal it should reflect, you can apply for refund, otherwise try in grievance section. old cases they are not attending. more problems who submitted ITR manually.
