is there any method available for claiming tds tefund for AY 2017- 18 Since last date for filing has expired on 31.03.2018 ?

Yes, you have to apply for condonation for delay in filling return with your JCIT/ITO, u/s. 119(2)(b) of IT act.
When approved, you can file return and claim refund.
you can claim tds of AY 2017-18 in the return of AY 2018-19.

First condonation request is submitted offline, may be at ASK centre.
When approval received (usually accepted), ITR is filled online.

can we file a single application for multiple assessment year?
As the reference number is allotted to each ass. yr. to file return of the relevant year, applications required to be filed separately for each ass year.
