I have filed a 26QC for March 2024 on 10/04/2024 with a challan amount of 5,333 (for rent of shop). The consumed amount for this Challan is only Rs.267 and balance 5066 is available. I am trying to raise a refund request fir this challan but the traces website says NO DATA FOUND FOR THIS CHALLAN.
why is that so???
can i adjust this challan balance against future TDS payments in case i dont opt for refund??

Asking for refund requires a phyicsl visit to AO which is very cumbersome.
