TDS RECOVERABLE MEANS WHERE TDS DEDUCTOR HAS FAILED TO DEDUCT TDS ON PAYMENT & LATER ON RECOVERS THE SAME FROM THE RECEIPIENT.
TDS Recovery is your liability & TDS receivable is your other current asset
