tds receive in section 194H

hello my client receive TDS 1893 amount is 37950 in section 194H so in itr where to show this income . this client is salaried person and receive form 16 I feed data as per form 16 but with this 194 H we get mismatch please help me it's urgent

Has commission been received from employer company ? If it's occasional commission you may 37950 commission under IFOS and claim TdS 1893/-.

no , employer company is different . and this company give form 16 income 8 lakh so that income is exect match with computation but in 194H amount paid is 37850 and TDs is 1893 . in previous year also same but TDs only is 6 rupees so I fill itr -1 ( itr is processed ) . please tell me

File ITR 3 and show commission under PGBP and salary income under salary head. Claim TDS as usual in TDS schedule

INCOME HEAD - BUSINESS AND PROFESSION COMMISSION RECEIVED GROSS RS.156000 UNDER 194H CAN I FILE ITR1 OR ITR-3
