What's present rate of tds in sale of property for transaction above 50 lakh? 1 % or 0.75% ?

Due to covid 19 pandemic it reduced to 0.75% from 1% between 14.05.2020 to 31.03.2021. from 01.04.2021 it has now 1%.
1% is rate
