Santosh prajapati is art director. If he charge rs.1200000 for Set construction charges and art direction fess.So What is rate of TDS is to be deducted in his Payment?

Firstly he should try for divide the charges and apply 2% on set construction charges and 10% for art direction fees. if sepration is not possible then he should decide which proportion in more in expense either set construction charges or art direction fees. then which proption is more TDS will be deducted accordingly...
