If the HUF paid salary to it's marketing manager of RS. 50000 per month and HUF is not liable for tax audit,then whether salary paid is liable for TDS u/s 192 and if yes why?

Because there is no exemption to HUF/Individual, from liability to deduct TDS u/s. 192, whether they are liable to audit or not.
