TDS quarterly return -salary for Nil tax payable cases. Ay 2019.20
Dear sir. whether we have to include the employee details where taxes payable after rebate under section 87A becomes nil while filing TDS quarterly Returns for salary... practically there is no TDS made in these cases

no, not file return
You need to file ITR since your income exceeds above 2.5L per year.

Oh sorry, You need not to file TDS return where the TDS after all tax rebate/deduction is nill.
not file tds return , there is no option to select below taxable return or threshold limit
