TDS payment date- 7th of the following month.
Rate of Interest @ 1% simple interest from the date TDS was deductible to the date on which TDS is deducted and 1.5% in case TDS is deducted till the date on which tds is actually paid in case paid TDS after due date. Part of the month is calculated as full month while calculating the interest.

In case payment is made beyond date of 30 June 2020 for APRIL,2020, MAY,2020 then rate of interest would be 0.75%
