i forgot to pay tds by 7th.What is the late fees ?

pay interest 1.5 % per month, deducted month also liable to pay interest
Interest will be charged @ 1.5% per month on the value of TDS for 2 months ( the month in which TDS deducted & the next month in which TDS deposited)
