Sirs,
If we booked the transaction upto 30th March 2009 , we should pay the TDS on 07.04.09. But due to Bank Holiday on 07.04.2009, we are not able to pay the TDS on 07.04.09.
My query is whether we can book all the entries in 31.03.2009 or if we paid on 08.04.09 whether Interest has to pay for one day or not.
which one is suitable to pay without interest.
Kindly guide me.
yes u have to pay the intrest or penalty
bcoz in case of a public holiday
u should assume previous day the last date to submit
