we are private limited company based in mumbai. We have recently purchase upgrade version of Team viewer software @ Rs.45000. I have done payment thourgh credit card. Will any TDS will be applicable on it? I have already made full payment to teamviewer as they have told us to not deduct any TDS on payment. Does I have to bear any TDS expense for this transaction. What will be penalty or consequences if I does not pay TDS on it?

Please refer the NOTIFICATION NO. 21/2012 [F.No.142/10/2012-SO(TPL)] S.O. 1323(E), DATED 13-6-2012 which exempts the buyer from TDS.
