Can anyone please tell me that is TDS applicable under Section 194C on Service Tax Portion shown seperately in an invoice. Kinldy reply ASAP.

refer circular no. 1/2014 which clearly says that no tds is deductible on service tax portion of incvoice amount.
no tds on service tax amount... tds wil b only on service amount...!!

Sorry its my mistake i read the last phrase of service amount as service tax amount.

TDs will shows in separate in invoice not included in service tax
No tds on service tax.....
Tds will be deducted only on service amount. Not on services tax.
TDS to deducted on income portion only...... & service tax is payable 2 govt....that's not income hence no tds on service tax amount.
