TDS ON SALE/PURCHSE OF PROPERTY
Can I be able to use my bank account to pay someone else's TDS on his sale or purchase of property. What is the tax repercussions on this sort of transactions on me?

Compliance to prove that the transactions were not related to you along with liability to produce the related party before the calling officer........ whenever any such query raised by any authority........
