TDS on Residential Property 194IA

A husband and wife have purchased Property above 50 lakhs. It is shown in agreement that husband and wife are co borrowers but the whole amount has been paid by husband only.
so whether wife also has to file 26QB for depositing TDS or husband alone can pay the whole 1% amount
