We have to make some payments towards reimbersement of Air freight to one of our foreign customer. The freight is from Mumbai Air port to their location in US. are we suppose to deduct TDS on this payment?

YA mr. Ganpat since TDS is to be deducted on Gross amount(including reimbursements)...Better way to make the payment to airline directly ..
