i need to know what are of tds is applicale on recuitment cahrges(payment made to placement agencies)is it tds on contractor or tds ob profession.little confuse about it.kindly let me know....

In this case, TDS is deducted on 194C (Contractors) it is not fall on 194J Professional.
The TDS shall b deducted under SEc.194C as the placement agency is a contractor and doesn't providing any professional service.
