We are purchasing licensed software from UK and reselling to Local Guys in India. I required details that we have to deduct the TDS on purchase of software? If so, then they can get the tax credit for the same

In my personal view there is no need of TDS since you have bought a software from UK which is like a normal purchase/tradingand there is no service or contact involved in it for which any tds provision apply.
