Sir it cant be treated as winning from lottery or game show etc, BUT the same is commission on sales .... As higher sales made him achieve these income so deduct tds surely on it. I hope ans is clear or you can put a p.m to me. Regards
Yes, TDS should be deducted on such incentives u/s 194H.
