TDS on printing and stationery
i am having contract with person providing the service of printing. the design and paper selection all done by him as per agreement final print copy received by me as per order .my question is whether the TDS is deductable as per section 194 J or 194 C of Income tax

I think TDS deduction not required in this transaction as purchase of Goods...
No it's contract of supply of paper with services of printing n it's works contract and deduct TDS us 94c
How to you convert it's contract? Which way is it's going to contract...?
