IF THE BILL SHOWS ANY LABOUR CHARGES COMPONENT TDS APPICABLE UNDER SECTION 194C ON LABOUR CHARGES OTHER WISE NO TDS APPLICABLE IT IS A PURE CONTRACT FOR SALE
