Whether Commisson to news paper dealer is subject to tds?
News paper co. gives the papers @ 25% lesser cost to the dealers which is called commission. Some co. shows it in the bill and others send a net bill @ 75% cost.
If the news paper co. sends a bill with metion of commission in the bill(i.e Cost of papers 10000 less commission 2500 net bill 7500) , is it subject to TDS?
