Tds on monthly mailbox charges

Dear Experts,

Greetings!

If a company pays to the India Office of Google Inc for using the mailbox facility every month, then will that charges be termed as charges paid against professional services acquired and thus attracting a TDS @ 10%?

Or on the other hand, that shall be termed as a contract and TDS shall be deducted at 2% outrightly?
