At what rate TDS on 3 phase electric meter calibration charges should be done ? TDS U/s 194J 10% or TDS U/S 194C 2% for company ?

It is 10%. I have observed 10% for CPRI for Meters Calibration.
It should be coevered under the section 194 J " Fees for Technical and Professional Services "
