13 April 2015We have leased one internet Model from XXX company and we are paying 22472/- per quarter has a lease charges, and my doubt is shall i deduct the tds as per 94I (2% plant & machinery) or not to deduct.
Kindly help me out,

in my openion , No tds to be deducted in case of lease of internet model . wait for other expert replies.
However, if TDS applicable then also the there is an limit of Rs.180000/- per annum, since in your case you are not paying rent more than 180000 in the year , no TDS needs to be deducted.

Dear Mahesh,
If it is Lease line of the company than there no Deduction of TDS. Because you using internet services as same as telephone services.
