We have leased one internet Model from XXX company and we are paying 22472/- per quarter has a lease charges, and my doubt is shall i deduct the tds as per 94I (2% plant & machinery) or not to deduct.

in my openion , No tds to be deducted in case of lease of internet model . wait for other expert replies.
However, if TDS applicable then also the there is an limit of Rs.180000/- per annum, since in your case you are not paying rent more than 180000 in the year , no TDS needs to be deducted.

If it is Lease line of the company than there no Deduction of TDS. Because you using internet services as same as telephone services.
