TDS on internet bill
Received a invoice amouting Rs. 36137 for antivirus subscripttion for three years i.e from jan 2019 to jan 2022. Please advice whether i need to deduct TDS or not?

No. You can consider it as intangible asset and charge depreciation bifurcating it over 3 years
Tds will be consider, because it,s service
But if we consider in asset purchase it wont be considered as service

It is not a capital asset, and there is only antivirus subscripttion for fix year
it can be considered as intangible asset. TDS u/s 194J.
Dear, Talk to supplier, if they are technical , Service provider , then tds to consider u/s 194 C, if they are professional then Tds to be consider u/s 194 J
TDS not applicable for the Purchase of Anti Virus...
this is subscripttion fees not purchase
Anti Virus is not a Service...
It will be treated as royalty. TDS us. 194J @ 10%
It's not Royalty and Not a Service. It's just a purchase which digital mode...
NO TDS REQUIRED
Computer software is now covered in definition of royalty under income tax act.
