Sir/Ma'am
For an NRI, If income from investment in shares of a Jewellery is Rs. 30,000.
And TDS is being deducted on the same.
What should be done so that no TDS will be deducted!?

Almost all incomes of NRIs are subject to TDS and that too usually at a higher rate than for residents.

If at the end of the year the accumulated TDS is more than the tax you need to pay then you can claim it back as a refund by filing a return, just like a resident would.

If any income accrued or received in India, then it is taxable irrespective of residential status
