How to pay and issue TDS certificate to the Joint [Multiple] Sellers by Single Buyer or if Joint [Multiple] buyers.

Tds on immovable property-issue of tds certificate

Divide the amount. For eg. If their are 2 buyers and 8 sellers and sale value is 160000. Prepare 8 challans of 20000.
In 4 challans 1 buyer and 4 sellers pan will be entered and in another 4 challans pan of second buyer and that of remaining 4 sellers.
This way all 8 sellers will get credit of TDS amount.
I wish to say TDS value is 160000, not sale value.
