Let me know that about the additional depreciation on machinery related to manufacturing entity wether it's applicable to job work industry which engaged in jobing work of the machinery
Its so confusing.. why dont we have a expert clear the air.
In my opinion it should be inclusive of service tax , so whole amount i.e. Rs. 12625
whether TDS on Freight is applicable u/s 194C

This is already decided that TDS to deducted on Gross amount.
