TDS ON FREIGHT

Hi friends,

A supplier is raising an Invoice for GOODS and charging FREIGHT on the same bill

Should we deduct TDS. if yes on what amount .

(as per my knowledge it is contract of sale )

Goods cost       10,00,000

freight cost             20,000

Total cost          10,20,000
