A supplier is raising an Invoice for GOODS and charging FREIGHT on the same bill
Should we deduct TDS. if yes on what amount .
(as per my knowledge it is contract of sale )

Please answer soon and keeping in view Circular No. 13/2006
no we are not laible to deduct tds on freight because our suplier is liable to deduct tds on the freight bill issued by the transporter co.
