Hongkong company is selling hosting services through its website, the services are performed and delivered in Hongkong, but payment is made in INR on the website through Worldpay gateway. Does the Indian customer required to deduct TDS, If yes @ what rate. Also there is no Tax treaty in between Hongkong and India

Dear Rahul yes tds need to be deducted in this case and education cess is also applicable in case of foreign. Please refer to section 195. And may be yes, hongkong India treaty is there please make a google search (dtaa). Regards
