If a group company generates electricty and supplies the electricty to subsidary companies every month and charges fixed rate per unit on those suppled units, whether tds is required to be deducted on those electricity supply.. resolve me at the earliest..

From the facts mentioned above it is clear that No Work is performed by Company. Company is generating and distributing the electricity, which is in essence of sale. Abd Hence No TDS
